We started with tofu that has nutritional and health properties. It absorbs flavours and spices naturally and easily, thus making it a natural base for "Nature's Delicatessen" (the English translation of Teva Deli).

Since 2000 we have brought out Tofu Salami, followed by Tofu Nuggets (chicken style and Schnitzel). In our extended line of vegan products you can find various wheat curd (seitan) products. Starting with meat alternatives - seitan chunks - and moving from there to ""Goulash style Wheat Curd" and "Wheat Curd & Vegetables on the Wok'" (ready- to- serve in 5 minutes in the microwave). Barbeque-style seitan will follow soon!

The work with seitan and tofu allowed us to create the traditional Jerusalem mixed grill (prepared in the little restaurants of the Jerusalem Mahaneh Yehuda market on a hot metal plate) in its vegan form. We also offer vegan burgers with organic quinoa and spelt and will soon bring to the market vegan veggie burger - soy & gluten free. Also in preparation are our vegan hot dogs - your portion of nutritious vegan proteins in hot dog disguise...With 700 Mg/100 gr. - of Calcium.

The ingredients for our products are carefully chosen, and we make great efforts to guarantee that that their taste and texture meet the expectations of our most demanding customer. We have you in mind when we develop products - someone who wants the advantages of vegetarian protein, with low fat content and no cholesterol, as well as enjoys gourmet food items.
